Good sized rooms, excellent breakfasts most staff extremely pleasant , although one apparently senior waiter in the restaurant was most unfriendly.
The first night we were kept awake all night with building demolition work being carried out across the road-fortuneately it did not happen again.
Wine prices very high in the hotel , we would have dined more in the hotel if the wine prices had been more reasonably

Haven't stayed here yet, however having just returned from Krakow can heartily recommend the lunchtime menu here. Excellent food, nicely presented, and extremely good value. Staff very courteous and friendly. From what I have seen of the hotel itself, the praise given in previous reviews is well deserved. Look forward to arranging accommodation here in the future
This is a great location. It's only a couple of blocks from the main market square and hordes of restaurants, sidewalk cafes, and shops. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, taking the time to ensure that your visit and any activities you want are planned according to your needs.

Just 5 minutes from the square, this is a very nice place. Staff always helpful (I've stayed multiple times over last 3 years), rooms reasonable size (I think a family would be fine in one), and reasonable breakfast. Haven't tried the restaurant, but looks good.
