we were extremely well looked after. staying in room 205, which had a separate sitting area and a large bedroom with a good bathroom (including bathrobes). Clean and friendly. fruit in the room when we arrived. Well stocked mini bar. reception staff very helpful, including with enquiries we were making about searching for Polish members of our family from our Grandmother's generation. Excellent location. organised trips to Nowa Huta and Auschwitz very efficiently. Would thoroughly recommend.

suites were lovely if a little dated. Staff very very nice and helpful. Could do with a bar. We dined here on our first night and the food was very poor. Also wine selection very limited.

The Hotel Elektor is located in the heart of Krakow''s Old City. It was a short walk from the railway station, and our room had a lovely view of the Planty Gardens. Our double room was furnished with two comfortable beds, TV, a fridge, and a well-supplied mini-bar. The hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, so we were very grateful. We didn''t eat at the hotel restaurant, opting instead to try a pirogi parlour and Pizza Hut.
