Ocena:
They were really helpful. Some of my friends were worried about being in a mixed sex dorm so they put an extra bed in a 6 person room so it was just our party. Linen was clean and the views from the back of the building were amazing. They gave us good maps and had free internet, also great recommendations and directions - very useful when the city is covered in a foot of snow! They now also have a small cafe, a self-service laundry and a laundry service. Better than a hotel, flexible, helpful and 24 hours a day of help if you needed it.

Nice staff, and well situated between the Jewish quarter, Kazimierz, and a 10-minute walk to the city center of Krakow. It has very clean rooms, and it's quiet and budget-priced.
