However, the apartments are situated in the tranquil courtyard building, so they offer a perfect shelter from the busy street life. The five-storey building, wich was constructed in the 1910 undrewent the complex owerhaul in 2006. Therefore it combines the twentieth century architecture with all the modern conveniences ( including the lift).
