Fantastic accommodation with great views of the River Vistula and of the Wawel Castle. Very central location, short walk to the city centre and other attractions. Staff who are always happy to help along with well furnished, spacious rooms. A great site to spend a city vacation. 5* =]

My husband and I stayed in this hotel last summer and we would both recommend it for the following reasons: Position - facing the Wawel and about a 5 to 10 minute walk in to the Old Town. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Rooms and bathrooms were lovely and very clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent and we are fussy people. Couldn't fault it and hope to go back in the summer if it is still available for the dates we would like. The outside of the building does not do it justice.

The hotel was great - i would recommend staying at the Poleski, and also pay the extra money for the great view of Wisla River and wawel Castle. The staff are very helpful and the continental breakfasts were delicious.
